Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Blocky ("Blocky," "we," "us"). They apply when you use getblocky.com, the Blocky Shopify app, and Blocky inside AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Blocky does

Blocky builds Shopify product pages and store pages. You give us a product, a design to start from and your brand details, and we create a preview you can edit. When you are ready, we add the page to a Shopify store you have connected.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
• If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.

3. Plans and payment

Building and previewing pages is free. Adding pages to your Shopify store requires a paid plan. We show the price and billing period before you are charged. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it. We may change our prices, and we will tell you before a change applies to you.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you give us: product details, photos, logos, brand names and text ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store, process and change Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to the service providers that help us run it.

You are responsible for Your Content and for the links you give us. Only use products, images, brands and text you have the right to use. When you ask Blocky to read a product link or to use another store as design inspiration, you are responsible for making sure your page does not copy anyone else's trademarks, logos, photos or written content without permission.

5. AI-generated content

Blocky uses AI to write copy and to create images and logos. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to content made for other people. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, unique, or free of third-party rights. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for the pages you publish, including product claims, prices and legal notices.

Between you and Blocky, you may use the pages, copy and images the Service creates for you for any lawful purpose.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

• Sell or promote anything illegal, or anything Shopify does not allow.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or impersonate another person or brand.
• Publish false, misleading or deceptive claims.
• Interfere with the Service, get around its limits, or access it by automated means other than the tools we provide.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Shopify, AI assistants and other services

The Service works with Shopify, AI assistants and other third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for those services, and changes they make can affect what Blocky can do.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data, as our Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the Service. Pages already added to your Shopify store stay there.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your pages will produce any sales or results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Blocky is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover Blocky's losses and costs from claims by others that arise from Your Content, the pages you publish, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date, and tell you about material changes by email or in the Service. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
